Friendship Tower is a Grade A office building with 21 floors invested by CZ Slovakia on the land of around 1,700m2 in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of November 1 2018, Coteccons as The General contractor and CZ Slovakia Vietnam Co., Ltd. As the Investor held the Groundbreaking ceremony of Friendship Tower project at 31 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Trong Mai Lam – General Director of CZ Slovakia Vietnam Co., Ltd. shared that this is an important and meaningful project highlighting friendship between Vietnam and Slovakia. Therefore, the enterprise selected Coteccons as the General contractor to ensure the project quality and delivery, compliant with the expectations of the investor.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Chairman of Coteccons said that this project will mark the long-term cooperation between CZ Slovakia Vietnam and Coteccons in the future.

“As a Construction Contractor, we will make every effort to complete the project on schedule, achieve the best quality, ensure minimise environmental impact and absolute safety during the construction process”, Mr. Duong emphasized.

Friendship Tower is a high-end office building, bringing a modern working space, meeting the criteria of Grade A projects in the center of the city. Located at 31 Le Duan, the project is adjacent to many special landmarks in the City such as the US Consulate, German House …

The building consists of 4 basements and 21 floors, the area of ​​an land of ​​nearly 1,700m2 with Gross floor area ​​about 25,000m2. The design of the project combines traditional architecture of the West and the East.
